These terms apply to use of the Travel & LIV website and provide a general overview of how Travel & LIV trips are presented and booked.
They do not replace reservation-specific terms shown on a trip page, booking platform, checkout, traveler agreement or other written terms accepted for a particular departure.
Travel & LIV services
Travel & LIV Collective creates curated international group trips. Inclusions, exclusions, accommodation, activities, transport, room options and other package details can vary by departure.
Travelers should review the specific trip information available at the time of booking before making a payment.
Eligibility
Most Travel & LIV trips are designed for adults age 21 and older. Some departures, including singles or adults-only experiences, may have additional criteria.
Travelers are responsible for reviewing the requirements stated for the individual trip before booking.
Booking & availability
A place is secured only after the booking platform confirms the required payment. Joining a waitlist, social community or group chat, commenting on social media or otherwise expressing interest does not reserve a place.
Availability can change. A room or trip should not be treated as held before successful payment confirmation.
Prices & requested changes
The price shown when a traveler completes booking applies to the selected package or room subject to the booking terms shown at checkout. Promotions may expire.
Requested changes such as room changes, additional experiences or transfers may change the price and depend on availability and provider rules.
Payment schedules and any financing options vary by checkout. Missed-payment consequences are governed by the terms accepted for that reservation.
Itinerary & vendor changes
International travel can require changes because of weather, safety concerns, vendor availability, closures, transport disruption, group needs or other operational circumstances.
Travel & LIV may need to adjust timing, itinerary order, accommodation or activities. Where reasonably possible, the team will aim to provide a comparable experience, but an identical replacement is not guaranteed.
Traveler responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for their own airfare unless a specific trip states otherwise.
Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas or entry authorizations and applicable destination entry requirements. Travel & LIV may share general guidance but cannot determine an individual traveler’s eligibility to enter a country.
Travelers are also responsible for checking destination health requirements and seeking qualified medical advice for vaccinations, medications or health precautions.
Travel & LIV strongly recommends comprehensive travel insurance. Coverage, exclusions, limits and claim outcomes depend on the policy purchased from the insurer.
Conduct, rooms & accessibility
Travelers are expected to follow local laws, property rules, activity safety instructions, the group itinerary and applicable Travel & LIV conduct requirements.
Serious or repeated unsafe, harassing, illegal or disruptive conduct may result in removal from an activity or trip and may create additional costs for the traveler, subject to the applicable traveler agreement.
Room types, bedding and occupancy are controlled by the selected trip or property and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing. Unregistered guests may not join a room or group activity unless Travel & LIV and the relevant provider approve it in advance.
Travelers should raise essential accessibility needs before booking. An essential arrangement should not be treated as guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
Media & third parties
Photos and videos may be captured during trips by hosts, team members, vendors, photographers or fellow travelers. Any use by Travel & LIV remains subject to the media terms accepted during booking.
The website and trip experience may involve accommodation providers, activity vendors, transportation providers, booking or payment services and other third parties. Their own terms can apply to services they provide.
