This policy covers the Travel & LIV website, contact enquiries and partnership enquiries submitted through this website.
Booking platforms, payment services, accommodation providers, activity providers and other travel services may have their own privacy terms. This page does not imply that the Travel & LIV website itself stores every piece of information used by those services.
Information you submit
Contact enquiries
The current contact form can collect your name, email address, enquiry topic, message, optional trip, optional booking reference and optional FAQ context.
The form asks visitors not to send passport details, card information or sensitive documents through the general enquiry field.
Partnership enquiries
The current partnership form can collect your name, email address, organisation, partnership type, optional website, optional timing and your partnership idea or message.
How information is used
Information submitted through the website may be used to respond to general questions, help a traveler choose a trip, identify and support an existing booking, respond to partnership proposals and provide relevant trip-related support.
The current repository does not document advertising profiling or an external analytics provider receiving these form submissions.
Form delivery
The form server is designed to validate an enquiry and send it to a configured HTTPS delivery endpoint. The visitor is shown a successful submission only when the receiving service explicitly acknowledges the enquiry.
The current repository does not identify the production receiving service by name. Because that production provider has not been documented here, this page does not name a specific processor or recipient for form delivery.
Trip information & media
Registered travelers may receive trip information such as itinerary, accommodation, arrival, packing and emergency-contact details. The systems used for a specific trip may differ from the website enquiry forms described above.
Photos and videos may be captured during trips by hosts, team members, vendors, photographers or fellow travelers, subject to the media terms accepted during booking. If you have a specific media concern, contact Travel & LIV before your trip so the available options can be explained.
Analytics & browser events
The current website code dispatches a local browser event named travel-liv:analytics for interactions such as content IDs, counts and support events.
No external analytics consumer is implemented in the current repository. This policy therefore does not state that those events are currently sent to an analytics provider.
A Reticle browser module can be enabled in development or through an explicit debug query parameter. That behavior is not treated here as a general visitor analytics service.
Retention & privacy requests
The current website materials do not specify fixed retention periods for enquiry data and do not define a single jurisdiction-specific privacy-rights process.
